“Inspiring creativity in art and life”
The mission for the Center
Classes are held twice a year at the Center, in January and in September. They last for 8 weeks followed by an exhibition of finished works by all Students. Participants can choose their time, afternoons from 1:00 to 4:30 P.M. or Saturday from 9:30 to 1:00 A.M. Classes are small with lots of attention. Students are encouraged to find their own style and subject matter. Many interesting techniques and materials are introduced which students have a choice to try.
Who Come: what they learn:
At the conclusion of the Fall or Winter Courses, the Center hosts a show of works competed by the students for that session. They learn to varnish the work, to put on the wire to hang, to make the labels and bios and to hang the works. The show is named and digital invitation is prepared so all he friends can be invited. It is a time of great camaraderie. ‘
The walls are always filled in the Galleries with paintings that are on exhibit. Carole’s work is always there to be seen. New paintings are always being completed.
