Bear Cubs Let me live Great Bear Rainforest
This painting came about as a response to a policy of killing bear cubs even in their den by President Trump. The bear portraits are an amalgamation of several bears put together to tell their story. They offer a plea for life. Each bear cub talks through their eyes with a different emotion. The mother bear has a tear. The dandelions in seed that disappear in a puff wind are symbolic of a threatened species.
