Policy- Commissions

1- Commission Size for Acrylic Painting-Minimum size- 30" x 40" or larger.

2- Fees are calculated based on the cost per square inch of the canvas ordered by

the Client.

3- The commission fee is to be paid before the painting begins

4- Responsible for providing the canvas

5- The Client and the artist must agree upon any resource material or ideas for the

painting. If the source is one or more photographs, they must be accompanied by

the photographer's written release, allowing the artist to use and alter the image

for this painting.

6- As the painting progresses, the Client and artist will meet via Zoom to ensure both

are satisfied with the progress of the work. This allows me to explain certain

decisions and the intentions behind the creative choices of the artist

7- Shipping finished artwork is the Client's responsibility. The Client controls how the

artwork will be shipped.

8- While the painting itself becomes the Client's property, the image remains the

property of the artist.

9- Completed artwork can be used for marketing by the artist
